No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases since all of our products are handmade. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any reason.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at mariagracenavidad12@gmail.com within 2 days after delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem, after 2 days we will not be able to resolve the issue.

Bella Studio & Co. is not  responsible for loss, damaged or stolen packages. Once the package is under the shipping carrier company is not our responsibility, please contact them if you have any issues.
